Rates are double occupancy (two people) and require a two night stay on Weekend & Holidays
Three Night Stay required for the weekends of President's Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, and New Years.

Additional persons can be added at an additional fee.

Rates for the home are:

$195/night Double Occupancy

$250/night up to four people

$300/night up to six people

Discounts apply to bookings of three (3) nights or more, excluding Holidays and Holiday Weeks.
Additional discounts apply to five (5) nights or more
We are more than happy to accommodate an occasional, last minute, single night stay.

Reservations & Deposits
Reservations can be made by calling 1-888-345-6378 or by email to info@eaglenestbnb.com

A One Night Deposit is required upon making the reservation.  A credit card to process or a check to deposit will confirm your reservation. (VI, MC, AE, or DISC accepted)

The balance due for the stay will be processed 7 days prior to the check in date.
Holiday reservations are prepaid and non-refundable one (1) month prior to the reservation date.

Cancellation of your reservation requires more than a 7 day notice of cancellation for a refund of your deposit, minus a $50 cancellation fee.  Should you cancel your reservation with less than a 7 day notice, you are responsible for the entire cost of your booking.

We never double charge.  Should we be able to rebook your reservation dates, you will be refunded for any days we are able to rebook.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations will be charged a $25 cancellation fee.
If circumstances arise that you must cancel your reservation with less than a 7 day notice, your payment will be forfeited.
Although we sympathize with such situations, we are a small business and must maintain our policy.  This applies to all cancellations, early departures, and no show reservations.  We appreciate your understanding on this matter.

Policies
Check in is any time after 4:00pm.  Check out is by 12:00 noon.
