Policies
  • All reservations are on a tentative basis until the deposit has been processed.
  • Cancellations or changes to your reservation cannot be accommodated due to inclement weather.
  • Two Night Minimum booking required for All Reservations. A Three & Four Night booking may be requested for certain Holiday Reservations.
  • A One Night Deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The Balance Due will be processed one week prior to your Check-in date.
  • Deposit can be made using a credit card during the online reservation process and may be processed over the phone or via email. Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express are accepted.
  • Check-in with a Golden Retriever is before 6:00 pm; late check-ins can always be arranged, we are here for you anytime!
  • Check-out is 11:00 am.
  • Absolutely no smoking in the home!
  • Eaglenest Golden Retrievers meet, greet, and enjoy spending quality time with our guests!

CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations will be charged a $50 booking fee.
If circumstances arise that you must cancel your reservation with less than a 7-day notice, your payment in full will be forfeited.

Although we sympathize with such a situation, we are a small business and must maintain our policy. This applies to all cancellations and no shows. We appreciate your understanding.
